What is the correct Stable Belt style?

Hi,

Firstly, I’m new here so if this has been asked before then sorry :cheer:

I was just wondering what the correct style of Stable Belt is? I have found this. Is it correct (i.e. red/blue with Royal Air Force on the buckle)?

Secondly, are there any cheaper places to get them (good quality)?

The correct ‘Air Cadet’ stable belt is any that hold the RAF colours (except the ones that specifically state ‘RAF Regiment’ or ‘RAF Police’). The one you have indicated is the ‘latest’ version, but it is perfectly acceptable to wear the older version, which just had a leather buckle, rather than the clasp.

As for money; ebay is not a bad place to start, but if you are visiting a base on camp or anything, the NAAFI shop sometimes is the best value.
