What exactly is the training for to use and what is the equipment has so many people cant seem to answer this for me? Also how would it benefit a squadron having somebody with this
Would that be Mobile Team Challange (MTC) training?
If so, the advantage is usually that the equipment is held by wings or stations and qualified personnel can sign it out to run CLTs.
Yeah - Iād say it was the mobile team challenge kit.
Unlikely to benefit an individual squadron unless you happen to have someone who is able to tow, and plenty of space, but would benefit sector/wing activities.
The training covers safe assembly of the kit and safe usage of it.
It does need a big open space on grass to be of best use.
The bags of character that come along with it can be useful as concurrent activities or on their own as time fillers.
