Whats happened to the days of flying regularly which was huge part of cadets but seems to bebvery rare thing now. I have a sergeant like others for example who hasnt been flying 5 years! Which is really shocking this what makes recruitment difficult also as you go telling teens you get to do this and that but they dont . Even shooting is a rare thing here as well.
