There is a standard view at work, anyone who volunteers to be on TV is a bifta.
There was a live police show in the US that somehow ended up being involved in honest-to-goodness evidence tampering.
Yeh yeh, it is normal for me to be this far behind, but I’m halfway through Season 2 of Peaky Blinders and loving that I recognise so much - streets and individual buildings - of a city close to my heart (and no, not Birmingham)
I got halfway through peaky blinders and was bloody loving it, but OC remote control decided she was bored of it which by default means I was bored of it
I don’t have that problem
This is where I’d post some sort of badly drawn comic by a 60-year-old about how they hate their wife but it’s early.
Currently watching the 3rd episode of Bloodlands, wow is it good!
We just finished episode 4. Am looking forwards to series 2 now
We just watched all 4 episodes back to back, got to say it’s one of the best things I’ve seen for ages.
I watched The Terror last week. Quite enjoyed it.
I got bored of that after the first one to be honest, is it worth sticking with?
Just all caught up on Superstore now - that’s good for a laugh or two!
This is one of the most underated TV programs current out there
I am gutted America left for the final series, I’m not sure it’s going to work without her.
She is in the first two episodes of the final series at least
Yeah.
Dana is a definitley a female Dwight schrute!
If you have access to totally legal streaming services then you can get up to episode 12 at the moment!
Latest series isn’t as strong as the last ones, it feels like something is missing and that is America.
I feel like everyone needs a Glenn in their lives - he’s so innocent!
Currently on my Watchlist
Snowpiercer (@JoeBloggs however I kind of got bored with the film)
SEAL Team
SWAT
For All Mankind
Resident Alien
The Rookie
Filling in with a bit of rewatching The Big Bang Theory in between
Resident Alien and The Rookie are both amusing and If you’re fans of Alan Tudyk and Nathan Fillion you’ll probably enjoy them.
SWAT and SEAL Team are both your typical US Policy/Military drama types but easy enjoyable watching.
For All Mankind is entertaining to watch, a What If Russia landed on the moon first and the Space Race never ended. Been told its a similar feel to Man in the High Castle but I’ve not watched it.
I love this, but it may just be my space nerdiness speaking!
Watched the first series on a free trial of Apple TV and waiting for all the episodes of the second to come out so I don’t have to pay for too many months to watch it
I have seen the Man in the High Castle and it is a similar sort of high-budget alternative history series with a strong cast, but not sure how much further the comparison stretches.
I must admit thats what pulled me into it too.
Sorry that’s what I meant different story but similar premise with an alternative history.
It does get better. My only complaint is that some of it you can tell is filmed in a poorly conceived studio rather than on location.
Overall I liked it.
And in fact, (at the risk of giving too much about me away) I’ve actually now remembered I used to be at a Sqn where one of our Cdt SNCOs lived on one of the streets most prominently featured. Filming caused some disruption!
