Have started The Wheel of Time. Halfway into the first episode and it bears as much resemblance to the book as Mein Kampf does to the New Testament. Is it worth persevering with if I treat it as a brand new story?

Just finished The Adam Project. You can tell I had nothing else to as I just went with what ever Netflix suggested! I Would highly recommend it though.

Currently watching the the ITV series of the ipcress files.
Despite seeing the original film - really good adaptation and not predictable
Worth a watch if anyone is missing their Cold War spy thriller fix particularly if you prefer mild beer style over vodka martini style. 
Currently watching This Cop Life on Discovery+ and playing spot the location.

Peaky Blinders, found this whole season somewhat disappointing although tonight’s episode was good, not great.

Agreed! Compared to other seasons, this one has been quite poor. It was, admittedly, a good episode tonight - definitely the best in the series. But, still a long way from the early days.
The whole show jumped the shark a few series back for me. Tonight’s episode was good and it was a satisfying final episode but overall it’s probably gone on for at least 2 series too many.
