Having just got the email warning us about the AAR reporting I have gone in to Westminster to make sure qualifications are as up to date as I can make them (bearing in mind Westminster doesn’t have the new syllabus on it yet).
Does anyone know how I go about adding attendance on courses and camps (like D&C, supercamp or IACE) to a cadets record? Or is that even possible?
It depends on how the camp is set up, however unless you have the event director privilege for the right level, you won’t be able to add the attendance yourself. The personnel running the event has to do it. If they have not done so, you will need to contact them to do it. They should be doing it as otherwise it looks like no cadets attend their event.
Are the events actually present on Westminster?
We can’t even get them to manage them properly on Bader, so I’d be surprised if they were!

The events aren’t listed on it but I was kind of hoping there was a field somewhere to list them as part of the report seems to be camps attended. I’m guessing there’s no way to do it though
If the events aren’t listed then just create ones for your unit. That way you can do the attendence yourself.
