Hello, a really ransom question, when wearing a jumper over the working (dark) blue shirt, do we keep sleeves rolled up?

But if no one can see the sleeves, are the sleeves really rolled up? They could be in a state of both rolled up and down, until the jumper is removed.
I am sure there’s something about some crazy Austrian and a cat.

What if the jumper is tight fitting and one can see the outline of the sleeves rolled up and it bulging out, outdenting on the jumper?
