Recently I have noticed that some of our cadets, have qualifications recorded on their SMS account that they haven’t achieved. It could of course be “user error” on our part, but I have spoken to my other staff and no one recalls inputting the awards, one was when we were in lockdown.
Has anyone else noticed this? I have sent an email to our Bader POC.
Its a shame you can’t see when and by who the qualification was added.
If it was updated via a course they had their name on I don’t think anything would show up in the audit. They may have accidentally had their name to an SMS event that they never attended and the staff member running the event added a qualification to all attendees?
It’s for if you change something on your profile that needs approving by your unit staff, like your profile picture. You can also cancel your approvals as well.
Sorry if this is in another post somewhere but with the change to JPA, how do we actually claim VA? I’ve found payslips but no actual way to make a request on Defence Gateway or Volunteer Portal
I found IBN04/22 which says the paper based process remains the same? Is this still the case or has it gone online somewhere as I’m lost.
