Iâd actually spied that report on SharePoint last week and have already started using the results to challenge cadets. Most of ours that havenât ever signed in are our first class in training flight⌠Theyâve all been given access, but I guess they donât see the point yet given theyâre not qualified for anything and I can kinda see their point.
Weâre not happy with bottom 5 for the Wing though⌠Especially given that one of the other ones in there has closedâŚ!

And in fairness, I think the other unit has merged, so still has a headcount technically, but isnât itâs own unit anymoreâŚ
Iâve thought this too. It looks like a snapshot view from a while back. Mine says 17, but if I look now I can see 26, only one of which was added in the last week.
It is. Iâve had another cadet join in the last 2-3 weeks, 4 more using CP than quoted, and more activities live on CP than the quoted total. But oh well.

You canât, agreed. But if youâre going to report on it - and inevitably then senior managers are going to use it as a stick to beat people with - a caveat or two wouldnât go amiss!

It would have to be heck of a turnaround to be in line for beating according to those stats, but have pulled it out the bag in the meantime.
Does this give you a breakdown of which cadets are actually using Cadet Portal? If not, is there way of getting that information?
Squadron Admin > User Accounts shows when they last logged in.
If they last logged in in 1900⌠yeah, they havenât used it.
