Volunteer allowance description on bank statements

I’ve noticed a credit on my current account showing as MOD DBS RET PMTS. As I’m expecting some VA soon, I presume it’s that but it’s not clear what it’s for. I also haven’t had a reimbursement slip (will refrain from calling it a “payslip”!).

Have these been stopped under the new joint payment system? Is the expectation we’ll logon to VP?

Second para. I think it’s online only.

“Payslips” are on Defence Gateway. You get 1 slip per month with any claims aggregated into 1 slip.

But also yes, that was the same as showed on my bank account when I last got VA.
