Not quite. They lost when they realised or remember they are playing.

Rule 1: Everyone is playing The Game.
Rule 2: If you think about The Game, you have lost The Game.
Rule 3: If you lose The Game, you must immediately tell anybody around that you have lost The Game.

So the rules to a game aren’t relevant when discussing or playing a game? You must be fun on Monopoly night…

And just because you know, doesn’t mean that everyone else does.

You lost when you felt the need to reinforce how little you care by continuing care enough to comment to imply how little you care.
