I am looking for the instruction in wearing uniform in a foreign friendly country. Can’t seem to find it anywhere, Please help?

I’ve given some serious consideration to putting in for a sabbatical at work (for which I would qualify) to spend some time at a school in the USA; and would then put in for permission to be attached to either a school ROTC or a local CAP unit in uniform. Could be fascinating. Or go to Canada and be attached to RCAC, indeed.
