Hey all, Some help please. I am an Acting Pilot officer in the CCF and i am unsure of what uniform to parade in. Do I wear an Officers Cap etc. Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated. I doubt i will get my full commission before Remembrance Sunday and I want to be correct for that and first parade which is at the end of next month.
You wear exactly the same as any other RAFAC Officer, the only change is the APO Rank Slides.
This only changes if you go to Cranwell for your OIC where you add a white band onto your officer peak.

Any ideas in what i should parade in for Remembrance Sunday?
Just wear No2 for the Parade. I’ve seen some APOs in No1s with officer cadet gorgets on the collar and Plt Off Braid but in all honesty is a massive faff and I’m not sure if that is correct anyway.

If you’re parading, then No.2 full, with coat if inclement.
It was seeing exactly that which confused me to be honest.
