I used to have a useful spreadsheet which generated stock numbers from an input of item and size. It also generated the demand sheet that could be sent directly to stores.

Does anyone happen to have a copy they would share?

It’s for the CCF, but populates the form that we use, and is easy to adapt. One the one i’ve attached, just add your Squadrons name on the first page.

If the sizes of cadets are put into SMS, the system give the correct? stock codes for items to be ordered. The ? is that I assume any new codes are put into SMS but from the email earlier today maybe they are just put into a file.

Some of the codes on SMS are incorrect, i was doing an order last night and the Jumpers i think don’t match up with the codes from our stores.

I asked HQAC if SMS was up to date and they thought some NATO codes had changed. Response I got was, use what is on the system and someone will translate.
I asked them to update when available.

There is a SR in the system 16700 to get it reviewed.
