I can’t see any issue with velcro cuffs. Easy job. But does it really gain much?
Personally I cannot see much point in velcroing the stable belt… Just get some big loops put on your trousers - that’s a popular modification.
Popping a couple of darts in the back of a shirt to improve fit is popular too.
My personal favourite mod is the silk linings in my No 1 trousers.
