Bit odd, some of the staff can get in, others can’t.
Everyone who can has a role account, but those who can’t are a mix of role account and generic account users.
All are definitely inputting the correct emails and passwords.
Any ideas…?

I can log in in fine here (role account). I had some issues last week where it was just being generally slow and a bit clunky. Might be worth asking in the ‘Teams Engagement - Bader’ teams channel to see if there are any known issues going on at the moment?
If you are convinced you are using the correct username and password (for the role login) then the password has probably expired (every 90 days)
Try logging into https://portal.office.com with the role account (or general account if using that)
We are having the same issue at our Sqn. The staff with role accounts can log in ok, but the ones who log in using the generic account are all unable to log in.
We changed the generic password at the start of July and we have confirmed that it is still valid by logging into other Bader application with it (Mail, SharePoint, OneDrive) etc.
It was working fine earlier in the day - it stopped at some point from 1700 onwards (when I last logged in).
Password was reset last week, so it’s not that
Glad it’s not just us! Looks like everyone with only a generic log in at our place can’t get in. Still can’t this morning.
Well I’ve just checked by creating myself an sms personal accont and trying to log in with the general account and personal account, wouldn’t let me in.
