Does anyone know how to get a mis spelt surname changed on Ultilearn. Its correct on SMS.
Does it need to go via the help desk?
Also When a cadet leaves are you able to delete them from Ultilearn - have been setting cadets up for exams and there are a large number registered to the Sqn that left before I arrived.

It’s difficult to change their names on Ultilearn. The Ultilearn account is created when the SMS one is. What must have happened is the SMS account was originally wrong, then corrected. But this does not affect the Ultilearn account.
I’d speak to Helpdesk.
You can remove a cadet from your list on Ultilearn, somewhere there’s a list with Xs next to names.

I had a cadet who’s surname and first name were back-to-front, caused no end of issues!
They’re pretty quick at fixing these things.
