Can I ask what others are doing in terms of so called failed LO’s in the ultilearn exams.
I now have had two cadets fail an exam apparantly, but when you go into details they have passed.
In order for me to check the results I have to login as them to confirm the pass, then mark it in SMS.
Ridiculous and time consuming.
Where is the “false pass” being recorded?
If it is in SMS, ignore it. The details are not being transferred correctly at this time.
I would put in a help request to the helpdesk team. If you can get screen shots, then include them too.
As 5432Golf says though, ignore it if it’s a fail in Ultifail and a pass in SMS.

senior cadet exams dont show in sms anyway it seems.

I got told that some do, some don’t, some even show up in Senior & Master level!
All very entertaining, but for accurate score reporting, Ultilearn is your friend.

and another cadet has now passed the exams and it shows as Failed.
why do we bother…
this time the cadets has had to endure 3 full sittings of Aircraft handling rather than the failed questions only, and then it shows as incomplete. Lovely.
