You may have noticed an RAFAC announcement this week for several new Training Resource Developers to work in a secondary capacity within a newly formed Training Resource Team.
Lots of the existing training resources provided to squadrons is of a poor quality and/or out of date, so this team has been set up to improve this and accelerate the work that has been taking place slowly over the past couple of years.
For those of you who might not access SharePoint regularly, some more information is below. The team are keen to get the advert out to as many people as possible, so if you know anyone that meets the criteria and be able to help, then the Training Development team at HQAC would be delighted to hear from them!
