Anyone used it? What’s the crack with booking/catering/facilities?
I’ve pinged an email off to the contact in JSP907 but I am interested if anyone has first hand experience.

Is that still there?? It was a range I seem to remember in the dim and distant past… Anyway wrong end of the Peak for me! Let me know how you get on.
According to JSP907 it is - no facilities other than accommodations/kitchen etc apparently, and it’s a RFCA place.
Would be a good base to start a Gold from but golds in the Dark Peak are a bit wimpy!
We tend to run a concurrent Silver Assessed there along with an AT weekend. For a practice Gold it would probably be alright, as long as they went onto Kinder and spent a day trudging through bog and getting lost in the mist.
If you want I will ask our ACF brethren who we share a building with. I’ve half an idea they use it.
