I think Iāve said this before, but our CEO at work does it via Live Events on Teams. Questions in advance or submitted at the time which are then moderated and read out band answered.
No reason why it canāt be done in the RAFAC - even at region level it would be fantastic!

Itās good practiceā¦ Working for one of the largest retailers in the UK our CEO activley engages in q and a sessions with us all.
Been known to log on to teams meetings for a nosey as well
My region has already held one and will be doing so in the future.

Itās one thing for the region to hold one with the RC running it, but I think 6 Q&As at a regional level run by HQAC could be amazing. Something like each Wednesday for 6 weeks just go round each region and do a teams live event for it. Questions in advance and also on the night.
I would say however that it maybe best be avoided any time soon, as quite honestly all the questions are just going to be about covid. Now that I type that maybe thatās not such a bad thing.

And yes I know interactive means he will have to do maybe even one for each wing.

Is it his job though? Iād much prefer him to do actual work and sort out some of our issues than spend time repeatedly asking the same inane questions from people across the country.

Well Iād expect him to be reading the CFAV Attitudes survey, and doing some interactive sessions to get an appreciation of how the coalface is feeling now.
