The update to the SMS version is on the development backlog. Best thing you can do is advertise the event to your cadets through Cadet Portal advise your cadets to access the TG21 direct from the event which will be automatically semi completed for them.
The worst is people who include this sort of stuff within an admin order. “…Annex Y - TG Form 21 Ver 1.02”
If one is going to include a separate document it’s an ENCLOSURE NOT AN ANNEX and it doesn’t become part of the Admin Order - one ENCLOSES it along with the AO!
