The vague part, is about people making it up as they go along as to where one is needed. The fact there is no written policy and it’s been highlighted could just be the start of the headaches for us.
Not if the policy was written carefully, in consultation with the volunteers and with a clear aim in mind and I almost finished this list without despair setting in.

Sounds like a volunteer’s letter to Santa … what do you want for Christmas? HQAC to show they understand, care etc about us.
Personally I think I’d see reindeer, sleigh and big bearded bloke in a red suit going Ho, Ho, Ho on the roof on Christmas Eve, before HQAC actually consider us in anything.
