So, after 7 months in charge I’ve been given some terms of reference to be an OC (not from anyone in my Wing, I might add).
I was wondering if anyone else had any, and indeed if anyone had any for specific other positions - such as SWO, Adj, Trg Off, Flying and Gliding, Supply and any other positions you might find on Sqn.
Is this a good idea? I’d like to have them for my staff so they know where their responsibilities lie…
