I need to put an order in for new tables and chairs and I have the correct form to order them on.
How do I know what has what codes and what these items look like? Is there a catalogue or something?
Thanks

When we did that a decade or so ago we went into stores and looked at a generic manufacturers’ catalogue and picked stuff with the storeman.
Where did you get the form?
Wing HQ gave me a form. Just a generic request to go to RAF Supply. Empty table with no reference to a list of items!
There is an ACP/AP that details what each unit is scaled for and I do believe that it contains the NSN numbers, but I imagine that is the cheapest possible products from supply so maybe phoning your parent station and have a chat you will probably get a better response and reception maybe even a better deal than just a demand proforma dropping on their post mat.
Edit: I can’t remember the number for the ACP/AP
ACP021
para6
subsection g. Furniture: see AP1919 Chapter 13
(not that I can find a full version of AP1919 to offer a full answer)
It may also refer to AP1896, though I would doubt that it contains much in the way of current information.
Speak to domestic stores at your parent station.
Nor can RC(N). Or, by all accounts, HQAC.
