I’m considering running a staff CPD Day on Squadron, has anyone done anything similar and what sort of things did you include? I have a few areas I want to cover but would welcome feedback from other squadrons. Also, does anyone have any sort of proforma that their training officer uses to have reviews with staff about their development?
Have the training officer hold the reviews, identify areas of weakness, then run CPD appropriate to the needs of your staff team.
Alternatively, and more effectively, run this as a sector and share good practice across all squadrons - make it a staff social and help build and gel?
