The first big tip is that whatever your Corps, military or other related background go in with an open mind and be prepared to listen to, and respect other people’s points of view. Make sure you organise your time wisely when you first get there and when you finish each day.
Basically sort your kit and any homework before you join your fellow students for a drink! It is a pass/fail course so take it seriously but make sure you do enjoy yourself.
I have completed three courses at ATF and am in touch with almost all of my fellow course members via email or Facebook. We share ideas, documents and best practice, so keep in touch.
