Squadron Management System Updates

So SMS was updated yesterday between 0930 - 1500, so far 5+ units have raised an request to the help desk, for what is a considerable issue, in the inability to attach files or update timetables within SMS. It would be interesting how many people don’t bother/know how to raise an issue such as this.

This appears to be widespread across the entire system for the entire corps, surely these updates must undergo testing before being released, yet this issue failed to be identified.

Is this a regular occurrence following an update to experience major issues nationwide?

Not hugely regular and we use a variety of operating systems and browsers so invariably it will happen as you can’t test for all. If this were a company we would all have similar set ups and it would be easier.
