Sqn badge file help

Ive downloaded the Sqn Badge template from the drive (AI File), I opened it up in Photoshop but cant do anything with it??? Only one layer is present (the badge itself) and I cant seem to change anything, in fact all I seem to be able to do is hide the badge or move it around.

Not great with photoshop and I’m sure I’m missing somthing obvious but I cant tell what it is lol any help is appreciated.

It is an Illustrator file, not a Photoshop file.

As incubus says, it’s a scalable vector image and need to be opened in illustrator

Brilliant, that makes complete sense with the whole ai file then lol.
