A Service memo from OC Sqn in support of the SNCO application for appointment, mainly as a briefing note to any subsequent Wg Board. Should be Protectively Marked as ‘Staff- In Confidence’, and taking either the format of a reference or testamonial, normally written by the applicant’s current gaining/losing CO.
