SMS Account Access

Trying to get information on when can a SMS account be allocated to C.I into 5th month of probation, have role given as health and safety, as well as training
O.C thinks they cannot allocate SMS access due to probation but no one can verify
Any help would be much appreciated

If you’ve done your protecting information and have a DBS, and BPSS, I can’t see any reason why you can’t have access?

Got everything checked, AVIP done 2 months ago, also did 5 months on civ.com prior

So you’re a CI (Probationer) as opposed to a CI (Applicant)? The former I’d be encouraging SMS access so they can see what’s going on! I’ve also known CI (Probationer)'s to be in exec roles with full access, so shouldn’t be an issue.
