I’ll soon be doing the above course.
Can Anyone who has done this before tell me a brief overview of the course? How many assessments is there etc.
I currently know nothing about how the course runs/works
There is a fair amount of leadership theory, followed by a theory assessment (open book) and 2 practical assessments, similar to blue.
Silver Leadership Course is by far, one of the best courses in the RAFAC. A lot of information but it is all extremely useful. The Assessments are rather straight forward as well.
Don’t stress about it and have fun. Make sure you take the skills you will learn and put them into practice at your Sqn.
