Just wondering if other than classification training, there is anything I can study myself at home. I want to teach other cadets on my sqn but my sqn doesn’t attend many courses. So I’d love to be able to learn something myself and share it with the other cadets.
Your first stop should be to speak to your squadron training officer, they’ll have a good idea of what’s needed and is doable.
There aren’t many things in the progressive training syllabus that you can teach yourself to deliver without having to attend some level of training.
Blue leadership is an easy one that anyone can deliver. You could also do some of the online cyber courses, like bronze or silver iDEA, and then help cadets through it on your squadron.
Outside of the training syllabus, you can in theory do anything you’re interested in, with agreement from your staff.
