I’m urgently seeking a link to a form that I used to be able to easily find on Bader- it’s the AEF Record of Flying summary sheet,which I think used to be an Annexe in the back of ACTO31 (was it also contained in the old ACP20?)
I can’t find it anywhere- hopefully I’m just having a (rare) senior moment.
Anyone able to locate it for me, or offer an alternative cached copy?? Please!!

I have an updated version of ACTO 31 with the newer form in, it won’t let me attach it though.
Are you trying to attach a word document? If so, I find it won’t let me and I have to save it as a .pdf. Then it will let me attach it.
Oddly it was a pdf. It’ll let me upload it and shows it being attached, once I click submit though it’s vanished.
Did you click on ‘insert’ before you hit ‘submit’?
