So all that money raised in the UK by UK Tax Payers and cadets goes to a Spanish company. Pretty sad state of affairs really!

The Sea Cadets have a responsibility to get the best deal for their charity. Do you think any cadet cares if the ship they are on is British?

Unless you buy everything British then you have no place to moan. This is how a free market works.

You tend to forget in the article that 55% of the goods that is required to build this vessel will be supplied by British companies to which money and jobs stays in England.

all very good saying buy British but do we have the capability to build this ship???
I would put money on it we would struggle.

nobody cared for the fact the UK yards never tendered for the work as they could not build them.
