SD hat chinstrap

I’ve just discovered the SD hat issued to our Lord Lieutenant’s Cadet is missing its chinstrap. Rather than sourcing a complete new hat (in a rather small size) are the chinstraps available separately?

They are as they are separate items. I would assume as the hat came through the system, you could ask for one rather than having to buy one. If you want to save time:

Many NCO believe the correct number of chin straps on a SD has is two. Probably to go with both chins…
