Hi all, have been lurking here for a few weeks now after volunteering to take on all things admin at our local squadron and just waiting for the lonnnnggggg process of DBS/application forms/more forms/interviews/references to get my final CI clearance to become Adj. It’s been a great place to find out all sorts of useful things and I already have many questions for you all but will save them for when I’m officially in post.
Are you sure you know what you’re letting yourself in for? 
Remember that the Adj’s to-do list is never-ending. Only do the things that are actually important, and make time to see the cadets now and then.

Why wait though? I mean, don’t go spamming with loads of questions all at once, but if you have questions relating to your pending role why not take the opportunity to go into it as informed and confident as possible?
