Can anyone clarify the return to a unit after having Covid - should it be (a) after two negative tests, or (b) after completing the government limit for isolation and having no symptoms but still showing a faint positive line?

Testing is not mandated as they are now not free (unless you are vulnerable).

I’d say the prevailing wisdom is as per the government guidance:

I’d suggest if you are still testing positive then hang off until the 10 day point as you don’t know who might be vulnerable at the unit.
