Well, I guess it’s only CGS that know, as nobody on the unit seems to have the foggiest around here! Ah well, since it’s been rescinded again, maybe it’s another of those ‘Thou shalt wear parachute upon leaving the aircraft’ to ‘Don’t even think about leaving the aircraft with a parachute, take it off first’ and then back to ‘Exit with parachute still worn’… Must have been a slow few years 
They’ve posted a picture clue a few posts back surely it’s not that hard to work out?
