Had a bit of a realisation the activities on our squadron are very boring, with only a dip in and out of the pts when staff feel like it. We have the blessing to have a fair few instructor cadets on our squadron, with more on the way. What are the requirements to teach and assess different pts badges? For example, radio, first aid, cyber and space. I’d assume MOI qualified and the badge above what’s being taught?
Just trying to add a bit of a variety for the cadets, especially as more senior cadets have done different activities multiple times.

I would reach out to your Wing Training Officer, as well as look at the Training Hub. Different qualifications will need different elements.
The aim is the Blue level can be taught at Squadron level, some can be taught with MoI (Like Radio is the first class syllabus, plus a cyber video) but not assessed (would need to be approved by the Wing Radio Officer, the Blue First aid you need a minimum AFA/FAAW and approval from Wing First Aid Officer.
