BLUF: I am after an email address for an appropriate person at HQAC (HQRAFAC?) who may be able to provide a copy of my Cadet Record of Service, or be able to evidence my attendance at Regional and National RAFAC events during 2018.

This is probably your best bet, and a Subject Access Request for your information:
Be interesting to see what they can pull out for you for that period of time back. Your unit likely won’t have much data left in any paper form so would be relying on anything on Bader. That does still have activity data since before 2018.
@bluethengreen just an FYI that the SAR process will take months. Althought there are statutory time sclaes for these things, they are not stuck to.
You may be better off trying a softer approach first, before the full SAR. I might suggest an email to RAFAC-HQ-AllUsers-Pers@mod.gov.uk and/or james.coupland126@mod.gov.uk basicallky outlining what you’ve said above. (Emails publically found here.)
