Got a mate of mine whos in the process of rejoining and have seen some things before, if they were to rejoin/are rejoining, what is the whole process? Is it start from scratch? Keep cadent number but re-do all classification etc? Or just back where you left off from?
We can reactivate a discharged cadet’s Bader record, so from a technical PoV they can pick up where they left off, in date quals etc can be kept.
The biggest thing that probably wouldn’t be kept is former rank, but that’s at the discretion of the OC anyways.
