I have my region board a few weeks on the horizon. My wing board was in the autumn.
The wing board went pretty well, and the feedback I received was just generally positive rather than any specific areas of improvement required.
I’m wondering if there are any additional factors that I need to consider for the regional board, which would not be included in my previous revision that I completed for my wing board? But you can imagine, the wing board covered me, my time throughout my entire life!!! And then general RAFAC knowledge
In terms of myself, I’m more than familiar with interviews, both being a participant and chair of many professional panels (so it’s not that type of interview prep I need advice for).
The only thing that I can recall from my wing board was when asked about CIC, I wasn’t able to go into much detail because I could not find the detail online, on the SharePoint and portals? Other than the duration, I gave a vague overview of what I expect to happen there. So if anyone who’s recently been can give a slightly more detailed breakdown, that would be great
