Exactly that, the first one I explain why we do it & what debrief points we are looking for & not looking for (so it debriefs a style & the way it was lead & not “the knots were done well”)
It also sets the culture for cadets to give feed back & help each other develop which makes it easier for the cadet NCO team to bind together

I know we previously discussed what changes might occur to the PTS, and something that came up was some kind of AT PTS as an idea.
Well, the HQ TORs for a CFAV AT Development lead mentions " Lead (as Proj Off) the business case for and development of the AT PTS syllabus working with HQ Training Transformation Team".
So it sounds like an PTS-style AT thing might be on the agenda!

It’s the first time I’ve heard the term I think? A quick search of Sharepoint doesn’t give any useful results, but that may be down to bad search rather than a lack of things to see.
Yes id be interested in known who else is on this time and why they aren’t replacing matterface instead of leaving position unfilled.
