That’s a project we’re planning right now.
Hopefully kickstarting with some light touch user research / experience work with our agency, Lagom Strategy.
I actually forgot to do this. We have advertised previously but will do so again when ToRs are rejigged - we’re making them more generalist rather than a team with niche remits, which also opens up supernumerary with light tasking rather than everyone on primary (which we get less interest in)z

If you mean SharePoint, we’re just scoping the work we can achieve within the commercials we have.
If you mean generally, that case study is a genuine overview of their work. They did a good job and I would recommend for any public sector projects.
