I’ve recently purchased myself a stable belt. I’ve fitted it to my waist but now im unsure of where to place the metal adjustment around my waist.
Any & all help appreciated. Since I can’t find anything on 1358 or online that covers this.
It doesn’t matter there the slider goes as long as the leather buckle is on the left hip (old stable belt). Same really goes for the new belt as long as the buckle is in the middle of the waist.

Does it have the RAF buckle? If so, wear the metal loop wherever it looks sensible. If not (like mine because mine is almost 40 years old) wear the loop at the front.
(And well done for caring about details. It matters)!

In that case the buckle goes front and centre and the adjuster goes wherever it needs to in order for the belt to fit.
