Apparently VR(T) can register & enter - they need 800+ more tickets sold (by this Fri??) for the facility to keep going…
From discussions elsewhere, I think you have to declare as “retired” as there isn’t a separate category.
Just be wary - the site’s default option is 5 tickets per week. If you aren’t careful you’ll have a £20/month direct debit.
On the plus side, it sounds like this lottery has a much better “system” than the last one.
Status confirmed - from RAFSAA Sec:
I just rang the Lottery Helpline - VR(T) need to register as a retired member, simply because we do not have a .mod e mail address.
