I don’t suppose anyone has any blank RAF Form 4258 (Cadet and Staff Attendance Register) lying around spare. I’m working as an Adjutant at my squadron and we are drowning in printout sheets from Bader that the cadets are filling out.
We’d like to just use the old registers as a paper copy and the fill in Bader from that.
We’d be grateful to any squadrons that could help us out.
Give your Wing HQ a shout. Mine had stacks of them floating around…along with all sorts of other rarely used forms. I wouldn’t be surprised if most Wings are the same.
Alternatively, do away with paper copies altogether?
I have a laminated Bader print out (updated as and when the names change significantly) which we fill in each night with sharpie.
That’s used as a fire register for the night; the details are recorded on Bader; and it’s wiped clean for the next evening.
Yeah, the squadron wants a paper copy so as to be prepared if Bader every falls over so badly it dies haha. I have asked my wing but they don’t seem to have even one, hence why I have asked on here.

i can see the benefits…what you save in paper/print costs you spend on lamination and have the benefit of one (out-dated) register to throw out every 3-4 months rather than 8 copies or more to file/throw each month!
