RAF Form 1447?

On checking out Pers Form 2-10, which deals with a resignation of commission, there’s an interesting paragraph which states that all Officers who resign within 3 years of appointment must refund a portion of their initial outfit allowance “…in accordance with the undertaking given on RAF Form 1447”.

I can’t find that form anywhere - anyone know what of the myriad pieces of paperwork that document would be? It can’t be found on Sharepoint. Even Google doesn’t throw anything useful up.

I wouldn’t worry. It will take them longer than 3 years to action the resignation

Does it say in monetary value??

I know I can officer leaves up here in under 3 years they are required to return their uniform especially No1s. Maybe that’s what is meant
