I’m in the fortunate position of having been promoted: I’ve had the annual subs letter from the RAF club and I will have to write back and admit that I should be paying them a bit more.
Or should I? I’ve heard of people telling the RAF club they are Fg Offs, on the basis that is their substantive rank.
What do others do?
I updated my rank with them but they still just charge me the Fg Off rate.
I stopped paying for membership what they were taking £70 every January for something I only used once. I must admit it is a very nice club but unless you live in the South and travel to London regularly its not worth it IMO
I get charged at my acting rank!
I don’t know the answer but fairness would dictate you get charged at your paid rank.
Life isn’t fair.
